CTF website (hereinafter, “the website“ or “website“). NW3C, Inc. maintains an ongoing commitment to ensuring that your privacy is protected. A prize of nominal financial value may be offered to the weekly winner of the Capture the Flag challenge for certain weeks. NW3C has no financial interest in the prize donation. NW3C will contact the challenge winner within one week to obtain additional contact information to be passed by NW3C to the prize donor. By providing NW3C with additional contact information for the purpose of collecting the prize, you agree that NW3C may share that additional contact information with the prize donor. All future contact and coordination will be between the prize donor and challenge winner. NW3C assumes no financial responsibility or liability arising from communication or interactions between the prize donor and challenge winner. We will use your registered email address to contact you and establish communications with the prize donor. We agree that we will not share, sell, rent, or otherwise distribute your Personally Identifiable Information with outside parties, except as stated above, to facilitate communication between the challenge winner and the prize donor; or in response to a validly-issued subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or when necessary to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims made by you or on your behalf. From time to time, we may employ the use of return email addresses to answer the email we receive from you.
